Who We Are

ITcetera is a web design company founded in 1996 by Wayne Schaaf.

Based in Grand Rapids MI, ITcetera has a growing list of clients from coast-to-coast. Although an on-site client visit is preferred, ITcetera is accustomed to working with clients remotely communicating regularly via email and scheduled phone calls.

Most of ITcetera clients rely on us for a full range of services, including web design and development, hosting, media development, search engine optimization and site maintenance.

Most websites we build include database-driven content pages for the client to be able to update their most critical, time-sensitive content from anywhere they have internet access. This is accomplished by accessing password protected adminsitrative update pages built specifically for each client.
